Welcome to a supper club like no other!

Laura Serway, former proprietress of Laci's Tapas Bar in the historic Hawley Green district of Syracuse, has decided to take her show on the road. The goal is to utilize her knowledge of various spirits and wines and her hospitality strengths to host events that help different restaurants in Central New York. Simply put, Laura's Supper Club is a group of individuals that periodically get together to enjoy great food, great spirits, lots of fun, and laughter.

For many years, Laura and her team had several dinner parties in the upstairs location at Laci's Tapas Bar. These parties showcased pairings primarily with spirits and wines along with various Tapas. Taking the opportunity to utilize her fantastic customer base and friendships built over the years, Laura wants to share that with other restauranteurs. More than ever, it's an inspiring time to help them showcase their menus and grow their businesses.
